1.5 TBSP salsa lizano

1 tsp achiote melted in oil (1 TBSP)

Water ( enough to form the dough about 1-1.5 cups)

Oil for deep frying

YOUR CHOICE! Fresh cheese with gallo pinto, Chicken, Beef, Fried pork, Yucca, Fried plantain with cheese, go ahead and get creative!
